A Power System Reserve Configuration Solution That Satisfies the Frequency Stability Constraint Under the Given New Energy Index

Abstract Aiming at the problem of frequency stability and voltage a new power system, this paper provides energy index method based on constraints in standby category system. Several concepts, such as maximum disturbance constraint minimum reserve capacity, are proposed. Two constraints, balance, set, factors to be considered, load effect, security control measure, demand-side response, primary change amplitude each type unit, specified. Through analysis study regional data, peak grid is given scenario, according research modulation amplitude, installed capacity set build solution, caused by clean consumption, thus determine ratio output heat capacity. Finally, actual data one grid, PSD-BPA system simulation software used verify effectiveness method.
